Hi Guys and Gals, WWWOOOOOOWWWWWWWW !!!!!!! Got to say well done and thank you. I've been trying for a week to reset the waste ink pads, without success. Two days ago I bought an engineers so called, reset cd. for my epson px830 wfd. I have spent the last two days meticulously following their instructions and video. It was fairly complicated  but I carefully followed all instructions as closely as I could, at least 20 times, if not more. Unfortunately quite a few of the details didn't correspond with my printer. Several items were difficult for me to recognize, because the names of numerous parts were not the same. However, I had been doing the correct things, as it turned out, but the process just would not work. I paid £ 3.98 for the cd, and as I said previously, spent the last two days trying extremely hard, and becoming more and more frustrated, without resolving the problem. In desperation I came online and looked about and decided to give your advertisement a try. Woww! Absolutely brilliant. Congratulations on putting together such a marvellous program. It's very very simple to follow. The hardest thing I had to do was disable the status monitor. The rest of it you had done for me. Thank you so much once again, really, really, grateful. Any future problems that I encounter, you will be the first people I'll contact, and I'll definitely recommend your company to my friends and family. Wishing you all the best for the future.
